What payment methods do you accept?
We're flexible! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Interac e-Transfer (where available). For more information, check out our Payment page.

What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation shortly, and a notice once your order has begun processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Your order will also be available to view in your account, if you have created one. These notices contain Dildo Ranch branding and are automatically sent to the email address entered at the checkout.
The transaction name on your bank statement does not contain Dildo Ranch or anything alluding to adult products. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
Most orders are sent in boxes with paper packing - please reuse or recycle!
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment until they have begun processing. Refunds using Interac e-Transfer are subject to a $1.50 fee.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship within Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is free over $75, after discounts and before taxes.
Standard flat rate shipping starts at $9.95, based on location. We offer multiple shipping services with prices and delivery times based on your area. Shipping options with delivery estimates will be provided at the checkout.

Can I return my purchase?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Once product leaves our warehouse, it is considered used. Nothing you receive has been sent to someone else. Please take note of product information provided and contact us with any questions before placing an order.
Many manufacturers offer warranties on their products. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If you no longer have your receipt/proof of purchase, contact us and we can send you a copy. We cannot send a warranty request on your behalf.
Is my order discreet?
All items are shipped in plain packaging. The return address is a PO box, and the transaction name on your bank statement does not contain Dildo Ranch or anything alluding to adult products.
Is my personal information safe?
Your customer profile with us includes your name, email address, phone number, and the shipping address provided at checkout. This is only for shipping and to contact you about your order. We will never sell your personal information. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
All payment processing is done through Shopify Payments. When entering payment information, there may be an option to save your information for future checkouts. This is offered through the payment provider. Our staff cannot see or access your payment information, logins, or passwords.
